Terms of Use
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms cover the StrapsCo Dashboard (the “Dashboard”), the internal reporting tool run by StrapsCo (Delaware 74105 Ventures Inc., “StrapsCo”, “we”, “us”). The Dashboard is for StrapsCo employees and contractors only. By signing in you agree to these terms. They sit alongside your employment or contractor agreement, which continues to apply.
The public strapsco.com store has its own Terms of Service; those do not apply here.
1. Who may use the Dashboard
Access is by invitation from a StrapsCo administrator and is tied to your role. Your account is personal: do not share your password, authenticator app, passkeys or recovery codes, and do not sign in on someone else’s behalf. An administrator can change or remove your access at any time, including when your work with StrapsCo ends.
2. Keep your sign-in secure
- Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and keep your authenticator app or passkey on a device only you control.
- Store your recovery codes somewhere safe; each one works once.
- Sign out on shared or public devices.
- If you think your account or a device has been compromised, tell an administrator straight away so your sign-in can be reset.
3. Use it for StrapsCo work only
The Dashboard shows confidential business information: revenue, margins, costs, advertising spend, inventory and customer behaviour, including figures from WooCommerce, advertising platforms, analytics tools and Amazon. Use it only to do your job for StrapsCo. In particular:
- Keep what you see confidential. Do not share screenshots, exports or figures outside StrapsCo unless your role requires it and you are authorised to.
- Take out only the data your work needs, keep it secure, and delete it when you no longer need it.
- Do not try to get around permissions, access data outside your role, or probe, scan or overload the Dashboard.
- Do not connect, change or disconnect an integration (for example an advertising account or the store) unless an administrator has asked you to.
4. We keep a record of activity
For security and accountability the Dashboard records sign-ins and sign-outs, failed sign-in attempts, session details and changes made by administrators and by people who edit settings or inputs. Administrators can review these records. Our Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
5. The numbers are for internal decision-making
Figures in the Dashboard are compiled from third-party systems that sync on a schedule, so they can lag, be revised later, or be estimates where a source does not provide an exact value (for example advertising spend allocated to product categories). Each figure explains how it was calculated. The Dashboard is provided as is, for StrapsCo’s internal use; it is not financial, tax or legal advice, and we do not guarantee it will be available or error-free at all times.
6. Ownership
The Dashboard, its design and its contents belong to StrapsCo and its licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you any rights to them beyond using the Dashboard for your work.
7. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for example when your employment or contract ends or if these terms are not followed. Sections 3, 4, 6 and 8 continue to apply afterwards.
8. General
We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date above; continuing to use the Dashboard afterwards means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, in line with StrapsCo’s Terms of Service. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
